Board and StaffThe College Media Association (CMA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting college media professionals and student journalists nationwide. We are governed by a volunteer board of directors, all of whom serve as advisers to student media at member institutions across the country. These dedicated professionals bring firsthand experience and insight from the field to help guide CMA’s mission and initiatives. Our administrative operations are managed by Capitol Hill Management Services (Cap Hill), an association management company headquartered in Albany, New York. Cap Hill provides essential support services that help CMA operate efficiently and effectively, allowing our board to focus on serving our members and advancing college media. StaffMike Breslin, Executive DirectorMichael T. Breslin is an experienced Association Executive, serving as one of the three Directors of Association Management at Capitol Hill Management Services. In this role, he provides insight, support, and advice to the Association Management Team. Alexander Grandin, AdministratorAlex is a key member of the Association Management Team, as CMA’s administrator, he serves as the primary point of contact for member services and general inquiries. In this role, Alex provides responsive administrative support and coordination, helping ensure CMA members receive timely assistance and a high standard of service. Before joining Capitol Hill Management Services, Alex taught high school Latin, bringing a background in education that informs his commitment to clear communication and member support. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Latin and Classical Studies Education from Boston University. |
