The Kelley Lash Travel Grant program application is open through Jan. 6, 2026. The grant, named for late former CMA President Kelley Lash, aims to support CMA’s mission in providing opportunities for education and learning for member advisers and students who have been unable to previously attend convention due to financial constraints. As part of CMA’s focus on recruiting, retaining and supporting college members from various backgrounds, specific consideration will be given to advisers at community colleges, tribal colleges, Hispanic-serving institutions, historically Black colleges and universities, and faith-based universities. Adviser awardees must have a current CMA membership, and student awardees must have a current CMA member as an adviser. Recipients will be notified Jan. 9, 2026. For questions about the travel grant, email Jackie Alexander.
