The CMA President is authorized by the Bylaws to award the Presidential Citation to individuals and institutions deemed to be deserving of such recognition. These citations, bearing the CMA seal, are signed by the President. Traditionally, Presidential Citations intended for CMA members are distributed during the annual membership meeting at the Fall convention. The number of citations, if any, and the recipient(s), is at the exclusive discretion of the President.
